Orders and Shipping
Some of our orders are hand made, or backordered. so please allow anywhere from 5-14 days to receive your order. If there is a longer wait time you will receive an email after you place your order.

Once your order has been mailed out, you should receive an email with your tracking number.
We can not access your credit card account information, however the server will keep it in case refunds or returns are necessary. We only see the last 4 digits and can not access personal information.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Your item must be in its original unused condition with tags still attached to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase date.

- Include in your package a printed and signed copy of the letter which was emailed to you with your return label.
Some items can not be returned, such as any undergarments, for sanitary purposes.
All accessories are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, nor will you have to pay the return shipping, just the reshipping charge.
